Procedure
Step 1 – Requirements and preparation: We require a photo ID, ideally your passport or a driver’s license, and a passport-sized photograph to check your identity and process your medical form. While you are advised to take enough fluids to ensure the accuracy of your urinalysis result, you are required to fast for at least 6 hours as we will be testing your fasting glucose.
Step 2 – During the test: Our doctor will ask for your medical history.
Step 3 – Results: Most results are ready within 3 days.
Please let us know when you book an appointment, so we can prepare for your testing.
HOW TO BOOK
On the calendar, choose the date and time for your appointment. Each time-slot is 15 minutes long and is for one person only.
For families, each family member must book an appointment. Each member of the family should choose a 15 minute time-slot.
Patient’s that require translation should call our dedicated immigration phone number 587-586-6999 to book an a time-slot.
CANCELLATION POLICY
All changes or cancellations must be done 24 hours in advance.
