Procedure
Step 1 – Your driver’s license or passport and a passport-sized photograph will be required on the day of your appointment to check your identity and help us complete your paperwork.
Step 2 – During the test: Our licensed healthcare professional will conduct a routine physical examination.
Step 3 – Results: Most results are ready within 3 days.
Please let us know when you book an appointment, so we can prepare for your testing.
HOW TO BOOK
On the calendar, choose the date and time for your appointment. Each time-slot is 15 minutes long and is for one person only.
For families, each family member must book an appointment. Each member of the family should choose a 15 minute time-slot.
Patient’s that require translation should call our dedicated immigration phone number 587-586-6999 to book an a time-slot.
CANCELLATION POLICY
All changes or cancellations must be done 24 hours in advance.
