IMMIGRATIONS VISA MEDICAL APPOINTMENTS ONLY
Procedure
Step 1 – Please bring your passport and a passport-sized photograph to the clinic on the day of your appointment to allow us verify your identity and complete the necessary paperwork for your visa application.
Step 2 – During the test: Our healthcare professional will require you to provide your urine sample, and have you do a chest X-ray.
Step 3 – Results: Most results are ready within 3 days.
Please let us know when you book an appointment, so we can prepare for your testing.
HOW TO BOOK
On the calendar, choose the date and time for your appointment. Each time-slot is 15 minutes long and is for one person only.
For families, each family member must book an appointment. Each member of the family should choose a 15 minute time-slot.
Patient’s that require translation should call our dedicated immigration phone number 587-586-6999 to book an a time-slot.
CANCELLATION POLICY
All changes or cancellations must be done 24 hours in advance.
