IMMIGRATIONS VISA MEDICAL APPOINTMENTS ONLY
Procedure
Step 1 – Requirements and preparation: You are required to bring your passport and a passport-sized photograph to the clinic on your appointment to help us verify your identity and complete the necessary paperwork.
Step 2 – During the test: In accordance with the Malaysian visa requirements, our licensed doctor will ask for your medical history, request for your urine sample, and have you do a chest X-ray.
Step 3 – Results: Most results are ready within 3 days.
Please let us know when you book an appointment, so we can prepare for your testing.

HOW TO BOOK
On the calendar, choose the date and time for your appointment. Each time-slot is 15 minutes long and is for one person only.
For families, each family member must book an appointment. Each member of the family should choose a 15 minute time-slot.
Patient’s that require translation should call our dedicated immigration phone number 587-586-6999 to book an a time-slot.
CANCELLATION POLICY
All changes or cancellations must be done 24 hours in advance.
