IMMIGRATIONS VISA MEDICAL APPOINTMENTS ONLY
Procedure
Step 1 – Requirements and preparation: To confirm your identity, please bring your passport or driver’s license and two passport-sized photos to the clinic.
Step 2 – During the test: Our doctor will discuss your current health and medical history. You will also provide a urine sample and have a chest X-ray.
Step 3 – Results: Most results are ready within 3 days.
Please let us know when you book an appointment, so we can prepare for your testing.
HOW TO BOOK
On the calendar, choose the date and time for your appointment. Each time-slot is 15 minutes long and is for one person only.
For families, each family member must book an appointment. Each member of the family should choose a 15 minute time-slot.
Patient’s that require translation should call our dedicated immigration phone number 587-586-6999 to book an a time-slot.
CANCELLATION POLICY
All changes or cancellations must be done 24 hours in advance.
