Procedure
Step 1 – Requirements and preparation: A confirmation of your identity is part of the legal process, explaining why you need to bring your passport and a passport-sized photo along on the day of your appointment. It is recommended for you to arrive with a full bladder for your urine test.
Step 2 – During the test: We will request for your urine sample and conduct a physical examination.
Step 3 – Results: Most results will be ready within 3 days.
Please let us know when you book an appointment, so we can prepare for your testing.
HOW TO BOOK
On the calendar, choose the date and time for your appointment. Each time-slot is 15 minutes long and is for one person only.
For families, each family member must book an appointment. Each member of the family should choose a 15 minute time-slot.
Patient’s that require translation should call our dedicated immigration phone number 587-586-6999 to book an a time-slot.
CANCELLATION POLICY
All changes or cancellations must be done 24 hours in advance.
